Who are your Suppliers?

We purchase only premium, industry-tested, durable products from a variety of suppliers depending on our client's needs. Our main suppliers are Gentek, Kaycan, and Danforth Roofing. If a client has a preferred brand they would like us to use, and none of our suppliers carry it, we are more than happy to accommodate their request and form relationships with new suppliers/distributors.

What Siding Brands do you recommend?

Every project has different needs and budgets. For Vinyl and traditional Aluminum, we purchase brands from Gentek and Kaycan, because we trust them and have never had issues with their durability. For Fibre-Cement options: James HardieFor Steel cladding options: Vicwest, Distinction, and AgwayFor Aluminum Plank options: Longboard, FastPlank, and DizalFor PVC/Composite options: Chamclad and Nuewal (Newtechwood)
We are always open to using different brands at the request of our clients.

How long will the project take?

Every project is different, but generally, once work starts taking place on the site, we will be there until project completion. We don't normally have multiple ongoing projects, bouncing around to multiple sites, which can delay the completion of your project. Once you approve our quote, we will order the materials and supply you with a tentative start date as well as the estimated time for project completion, so you will never be left in the dark.

What payment options are available?

We accept E-Transfer, cheque or cash. At this time we do not accept credit cards as the large scale and duration of most of our projects would mean significant fees to access these services which would need to be passed onto clients.
